HOURS: Cedar-Springs is available on any day of the week throughout the Seasonally.
The rental time period is for 12 hours, between 10am.
to 10pm.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: A signed rental agreement with 50%
of the total rental cost are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 7 days
in advance of your event and is not refundable. , and the facility is returned to it's original condition.
Changing of dates once deposit is recieved will incur a $500.00 charge. Cancellation of a date not reschedule will result
in lose of Deposit.
OCCUPANCY: We can easily hold an event for over
200 guests.
CATERING: To ensure the best services, Cedar-Springs does require the
wedding party to use Le Garmache Catering. For health and safety issues Le Garmache will cater all events. No
outside food will be allowed unless approved by Cedar-Springs.
ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages
at Cedar Springs is subject to the rules established by the
Washington State Liquor Control Board
and Cedar Springs.
* You are required to obtain a Banquet Permit from Washington State Liquor Store. Provide to Cedar Springs at rehearsal or 1 week prior to event.
* Cedar Springs allows you to bring in your own beer, wine, and champagne.

Hard alcohol is permitted on Cedar Springs property; It will require a $350.00 Bar Service Fee, and cost of drinks.
* Alcohol service will end one half hour prior to end of event (½
hours prior to rental ending time).
REHEARSAL:
We will be happy to discuss and arrange a rehearsal date for your event. Two hours maximum. To be scheduled
with Cedar-Springs 360-895-0602.
EVENT: We will be happy to help you with your special events needs (locating Wedding
Photographer, DJ, or Coordinator).
PROHIBITED: NO FIREWORKS or OVERNIGHT CAMPING
